Return Policy – Rare Skinstore

At Rare Skinstore, your safety and product hygiene are our top priorities. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on cosmetic products, as they can be opened or used without visible signs.

❗ We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • If the external packaging or hygiene seal has been opened or broken
  • If the product is a skincare item (serum, cream, mask, lip balm, sunscreen, toner, patches, etc.)
  • If the product has been stored incorrectly (e.g., exposed to sunlight, heat, or humidity)
  • If the customer changes their mind after receiving the order

✅ Accepted return cases:

Returns are accepted only in the following situations:

  • The wrong product was sent
  • The product is visibly defective or damaged
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof

In these cases, returns will be handled at your expense.

Before placing an order, please carefully read the product descriptions. All products are genuine and factory sealed from the manufacturer.
