Orders placed before 11:00 AM on working days are dispatched the same day.

● Cyprus Delivery
Choose between home delivery and pick-up point delivery.

● Free Shipping
Enjoy FREE delivery within Cyprus on orders over €60.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Once your order is confirmed, we begin preparing it immediately.

● Orders placed before 11:00 AM (Cyprus time) on working days are dispatched the same day.

● Orders placed after 11:00 AM, on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

This applies to both home delivery and pick-up orders.

We deliver orders across Cyprus via ACS Courier and Akis Express.

Shipping Destinations 🌍

We currently ship to Cyprus and Greece only.

We do not offer international or other EU shipping at this time.

Missed Delivery & Parcel Collection

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a notification or contact you using the details provided with your order.

Your parcel will be held at the relevant pick-up point for up to 10 days.

After this period, uncollected parcels will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.

● Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your order, including your phone number, email address, city and selected courier method.

● If the courier cannot contact you, or if your parcel is not collected within 10 days, your order will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.

● Delivery availability may depend on the selected area, courier service and order details shown at checkout.

After your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow the progress of your parcel.
